Homeowners will own all of the installed equipment. Meridian Security Systems does offer leased systems for apartment complexes only.

Yes, you can save anywhere from 5% to 20% off your homeowners insurance if you have a home alarm security system. We will be happy to provide your agent with the necessary information in order for you to realize these savings.
